Trusted Facility Clearance Experts
Facility Clearance: Vancro maintains a TOP-SECRET level facility clearance issued by the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) and regularly works with the DoD and Department of Veterans Affairs. Vancro takes all necessary steps to assure our team and/or subcontracted personnel performing under our contracts are persons of professional and personal integrity and trust and will meet all other requirements stipulated in the PWS. Vancro will ensure that employees are on the approved Government access list prior to entering any access-controlled area.
We are responsible for ensuring all contracted personnel are US citizens and, if necessary, possess an in-scope, favorable National Agency Check with Law and Credit (NACLC) investigation or higher adjudicated eligibility without conditions, exceptions, or waivers at the time of award and throughout the performance of any of our contracts.
Vancro will ensure it and any subcontractors have completed all Contract Security Classification Specification Department of Defense Form 254 requirements prior to commencing any work under a contract offered. Vancro further acknowledges the Government will not be responsible for getting subcontract companies cleared through any security measures, which shall remain the responsibility of Vancro.
Physical Security & Safety Requirements: Vancro shall safeguard all Government property and information provided in performance of a contract offered. Vancro employees shall be subject to all security procedures and any other applicable installation access and security regulations.
Vancro will notify the Government by written notice within twenty-four (24) hours if Vancro personnel are to be added or removed from the access control list.
Vancro’s personnel will follow all government policies, standard operating procedures, applicable laws and regulations while on government property. Vancro understands that violations of government regulations and policies may result in citation and disciplinary measures for persons violating the law.
Vancro’s personnel will wear visible identification at all times while they are on the premises.
Vancro understands that the government will not invalidate or make reimbursement for parking violations of the Contractor under any conditions.
Vancro will adhere to all policies regarding smoking inside/outside any building other than the designated smoking areas.
Vancro and staff are strictly prohibited from possession of any weapons within the company or on customer site locations.
Vancro will obtain all necessary licenses and/or permits required to perform the work, with the exception of software licenses that need to be procured from a Contractor or vendor in accordance with the requirements document.
Vancro will take all reasonable precautions necessary to protect persons and property from injury or damage during the performance of this contract.
NIST 800-171 & CMMC 2.0 Compliant: Vancro is compliant with both the National Institute of Standards and Technology 800-171 and the Cyber Security Maturity Model (CMMC) 2.0.
